How many hours a month could I automate?
Add up minutes per task × times per month × people ÷ 60 for every task you repeat. Five 10-minute tasks done daily already come to about 18 hours a month (22 working days). Start with the task at the top of your ranked list.

How the numbers are worked out
| How often | Times per month |
|---|---|
| Per working day | Times × working days per month (22 by default) |
| Per week | Times × 52 ÷ 12 (4.33) |
| Per month | Times × 1 |
Hours per month for each task = minutes × times per month × people ÷ 60. The list is sorted by hours, biggest first, and each bar shows that task's share of the total.
How Automation Blueprint helps
Found your biggest time sink? Automation Blueprint turns a plain-words description of that task into a buildable blueprint: a workflow diagram, the recommended platform and tool for each step, numbered build steps, error handling, how to test it, time to build and an estimated monthly tool cost. Build it yourself or hand it to any developer.
£217.50 per blueprint (£150 + 45% service fee), one-time. Read a full example first. Use "Copy my top task" above to paste your task straight into the description box.
Questions
How do I work out which tasks to automate first?
List every task you repeat, how many minutes it takes and how often it happens, then convert each to hours per month. The task with the most hours is usually the best first candidate, as long as it follows the same steps every time.
How are daily, weekly and monthly tasks converted to hours per month?
Daily tasks are multiplied by your working days per month (22 by default), weekly tasks by 52 ÷ 12 = 4.33, and monthly tasks by 1. Then minutes × times per month × people ÷ 60 gives hours per month.
What makes a task a good fit for automation?
It happens often, follows the same steps each time, moves information between apps (forms, email, spreadsheets, CRM) and has a clear trigger. Tasks that need judgement every time are better kept human or only partly automated.
Does the calculator save my tasks?
No. Everything runs in your browser. Your list is kept in the page address so you can copy a link to it; nothing is uploaded.
How accurate is it?
It is exact arithmetic on your estimates. Most people underestimate how long small tasks take, so timing a task once or twice gives a better number than guessing.
