Who we are
- Asendify is a video editing and YouTube growth service run by Manthan Bhendkar ("Asendify", "we", "us"). This policy covers asendify.co, its subdomains (including our playbook shops) and our internal tools.

Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, YouTube channel link and any details you share when you book a call, fill in a form, email us or message us on our official channels.
- Purchases: when you buy a playbook we receive your name, email address and order details. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
- Usage data: basic, aggregated information about how pages are visited (for example page views and referring site), used to improve the website.

How we use your information
- To reply to you, run calls, deliver the services or products you've paid for, send receipts and download links, and provide support.
- To send occasional business emails about our services. Every email includes a way to opt out, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we only share it with service providers that help us run the business (hosting, payments, email), who may only use it for that purpose.

YouTube API Services
- Asendify uses YouTube API Services in an internal tool that uploads and manages videos on YouTube channels that Asendify owns and operates. By using any feature that relies on YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- The tool signs in only with Google accounts that Asendify controls, using Google OAuth. It does not ask members of the public to sign in with their Google accounts.
- What it accesses: the channel's basic details and branding, the videos it uploads (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails and privacy status), public view counts for those videos, YouTube Analytics reports for our own channels, and comments it posts on our own videos.
- How it's used: to publish our videos, keep channel details up to date, and produce an internal daily report of how many views our own videos received. This data is not shared with third parties or used for advertising.
- Storage: OAuth tokens are stored only on Asendify's own computer. Public view counts for our own videos are kept for up to 36 months for internal reporting. Any other data retrieved from YouTube API Services is refreshed or deleted within 30 days, in line with YouTube's Developer Policies.
- Cookies: the internal tool does not place cookies or similar technologies on anyone's device.
- Revoking access: access granted to the tool can be revoked at any time through the Google security settings page. If you believe the tool holds any of your data, email us and we'll delete it within 7 days.

Keeping and deleting data
- We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required for tax and accounting records.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing manthanbhendkaaar@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
