Our Policies

At Asendify, we believe in transparency. These policies outline how payments, refunds, and our terms of service work.

Payment Policy

  • All packages at Asendify require full payment made 4 years upfront, prior to the commencement of any work. This applies to our recurring monthly services — YouTube Growth, AI Automations, and Clipping. Web Design is a one-time project fee and is not part of this upfront structure.
  • This 4-year upfront term applies universally to every monthly package, regardless of size or price point.
  • All payments are made in GBP (£ British Pounds).
  • All payments must be made in GBP. Payments made in any other currency will not be counted toward the package payment.
  • A 45% service fee applies on top of every fee we charge — see the Fees Overview below for full details.
  • No work will begin until payment has been received in full.
  • Calls will not be booked until payment has been made. Payment must be made first to secure your spot; the call to scope your package follows after payment. For YouTube Growth and AI Automations, this is a £43,500 deposit (3 months at the £10,000/month minimum, plus our 45% service fee). For Web Design, this is a £14,500 one-time project fee (£10,000 minimum plus our 45% service fee).
  • For our monthly services, the deposit above secures your spot and covers the first 3 months. The remaining 45 months of your 4-year upfront commitment is collected on the call, once your package has been scoped.
  • If your final package or project price is more than the minimum you've already paid, that difference is also collected on the call once your package has been scoped.
  • A one-time platform fee applies on top of all other payments for our YouTube Growth, AI Automations, Clipping, and Web Design services. This fee is £10,000 minimum, or 100% of your first month's payment if that amount is more than £10,000 — whichever is greater.

Fees Overview

  • YouTube Growth / AI Automations / Clipping deposit: £43,500 (£30,000 — 3 months at the £10,000/month minimum — plus our 45% service fee).
  • Web Design project fee: £14,500 (£10,000 minimum plus our 45% service fee).
  • Service fee: 45%, applied on top of every payment we charge — including the monthly package or project payment, the one-time platform fee, the documentation fee, the payment processor fee, the account management fee, and the processing fee.
  • One-time platform fee: £10,000 minimum, or 100% of your first month's payment if that amount is more than £10,000 — whichever is greater. Plus our 45% service fee.
  • Documentation fee: £3,000, one-time, plus our 45% service fee — totaling £4,350.
  • Payment processor fee: £1,000, one-time, plus our 45% service fee — totaling £1,450.
  • Account management fee: £3,000/month, plus our 45% service fee — totaling £4,350/month.
  • Processing fee: £2,200/month, plus our 45% service fee — totaling £3,190/month.
  • Tax: applicable tax is charged according to the client's own jurisdiction, on top of the project price and all other fees listed here.
  • Resource usage overage: if actual resource usage exceeds the amount already paid for, an additional fee for the excess usage will be charged postpaid.
  • Currency: all payments are made in GBP (£ British Pounds only).
  • Remaining 45 months (monthly services only): the deposit covers your first 3 months; the remaining 45 months of your 4-year upfront commitment is collected on the call.
  • Remainder on call: if your final package or project price is more than the minimum you've already paid, that difference is also collected on the call.

Refund Policy

  • All clients receive a signed Double Money-Back Guarantee contract — if you don't see results in your first month, you're contractually guaranteed double what you paid back, no questions asked.
  • Once a refund is requested, it will be processed within a maximum of 60 days.

Policy Stability

  • The policies outlined on this page will remain unchanged for a minimum of 12 months from the effective date above.

Verification Notice

  • Asendify only conducts business through booked calls and our official channels — including all social media channels listed on this website (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and Discord) and our official email.
  • We are not responsible for arrangements made with parties impersonating Asendify outside of these channels.
