Our Policies

Payment Policy

• All packages at Asendify require full payment made 4 years upfront, prior to the commencement of any work. This applies to our recurring monthly services — YouTube Growth, AI Automations, and Clipping. Web Design is a one-time project fee and is not part of this upfront structure.
• This 4-year upfront term applies universally to every monthly package, regardless of size or price point.
• All payments are made in GBP (£ British Pounds).
• All payments must be made in GBP. Payments made in any other currency will not be counted toward the package payment.
• A 45% service fee applies on top of every fee we charge — see the Fees Overview below for full details.
• No work will begin until payment has been received in full.
• Asendify strategy call: £2,800 plus our 45% service fee (£1,260), a total of £4,060, charged after the call. Your package is scoped on the call, and the package payment is collected after the call once your package has been agreed. Calls booked with Asendify Web and Asendify Outbound are free to book; no deposit or payment is required before those calls.
• Missed, cancelled or rescheduled calls: if you miss a booked call, cancel it or reschedule it, at any time, a fee of £2,800 plus our 45% service fee (£1,260), a total of £4,060, applies. Booked calls cannot be rescheduled free of charge. This applies to calls booked with Asendify, Asendify Web and Asendify Outbound. Clients in India set up a bank mandate (eNACH) through Razorpay when booking; nothing is charged at booking, and this fee or any agreed package is debited from it in INR at that day's exchange rate.
• A one-time platform fee applies on top of all other payments for our YouTube Growth, AI Automations and Clipping services. It does not apply to the Asendify Web Instant Website (section 08). This fee is a fixed £14,000, plus our 45% service fee (£20,300).

Fees Overview

• Calls: Asendify strategy call: £2,800 + 45% service fee = £4,060, charged after the call. Asendify Web and Asendify Outbound calls are free to book — no deposit is required beforehand. Missed, cancelled or rescheduled call (at any time): £2,800 + 45% service fee = £4,060.
• Elite Club: from £14,000/month, including unlimited edited videos (Shorts or long-form), subject to a fair-use limit of 17,000 videos over the lifetime of an onboarding. Growth Plan: £840/month, including unlimited edited videos (Shorts or long-form), subject to a fair-use limit of 1,000 videos over the lifetime of an onboarding. Each video, whatever its length, counts as one; once the fair-use limit is reached, the client can re-onboard with Asendify to renew it. Videos are produced one at a time: work on the next video starts only once the current video has finished post-production. All videos are edited in Adobe After Effects; 2D and 3D animated videos are not included in these plans; they need a custom plan, which is discussed on the call.
• Waitlist deposit (while the Elite Club and Growth Plan are full): £600 paid at playbook.asendify.co/deposit. It reserves your place in the queue, which is served strictly in order of deposit. It is fully refundable at any time until we offer you a place (email us with your order ID; refunded within 5 working days to the original payment method), and refundable too if you decline the place we offer. If you join, it is credited to your first invoice. Nothing beyond the deposit is charged until you agree an amount in writing.
• Service fee: 45%, applied on top of every payment we charge — including the monthly package or project payment, the one-time platform fee, the documentation fee, the payment processor fee, the account management fee, and the processing fee.
• One-time platform fee: £14,000, fixed, plus our 45% service fee — totaling £20,300.
• Documentation fee: £5,040 one-time, plus our 45% service fee — totaling £7,308.
• Payment processor fee: £1,400, one-time, plus our 45% service fee — totaling £2,030.
• Account management fee: £5,040/month, plus our 45% service fee — totaling £7,308/month.
• Processing fee: £3,080/month, plus our 45% service fee — totaling £4,466/month.
• Tax: applicable tax is charged according to the client's own jurisdiction, on top of the project price and all other fees listed here.
• Resource usage overage: if actual resource usage exceeds the amount already paid for, an additional fee for the excess usage will be charged postpaid.
• Currency: all payments are made in GBP (£ British Pounds only).
• When payment is collected: after your call, once your package or project has been scoped and agreed.

Refund Policy and Double Money-Back Guarantee

• Clients receive a signed Double Money-Back Guarantee contract — if you follow the plan and don't see results in your first month, you're contractually guaranteed double what you paid back, under the claim rules below.
• The Double Money-Back Guarantee covers every paid Asendify product and service on sale: all Asendify playbooks (books), bundles, the Asendify Library and team packs, Trader OS, the Retention Editing Accelerator, Coaching, Chart Reader, the Automation Blueprint, the Supercar Planner (60-day version, see below), Asendify Notes, Asendify AI (first month) and the Growth Plan, Elite Club and Agency Retainer. It does not cover MorningstarrAI, Asendify Outbound, Asendify Web, The £6,000 Club or refundable waitlist deposits.
• The £6,000 Club certificate: a collectible, numbered certificate stating only that the holder paid £6,000. No money-back guarantee, and no refunds once the certificate has been issued. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the certificate is withdrawn.
• For books, apps and programs: if you follow the plan (or use the product as described) for the first 30 days and it doesn't help, email ceo@asendify.co within 60 days of buying with your licence ID or order email and the evidence below, and we refund double what you paid. The first payment goes back to your original payment method; the second, equal amount is paid to you once the claim is approved.
• Supercar Planner: follow the planner for 60 days (your real numbers filled in, the income plan's first steps done) and if you are not measurably closer to the car (more saved, a higher saving rate or more income than when you started), email the proof within 90 days of purchase and we refund double what you paid. One claim per person, email address and payment method. The planner keeps its own dated record of the numbers you save (savings, monthly saving, income), and that record is the basis of a claim: it must show your real numbers entered within the first 7 days and updated over the 60 days.
• How to claim the Double Money-Back Guarantee: the guarantee is for people who put the plan into action. To claim it you must:
  • be the original buyer (the name and licence ID on the order) and claim within 60 days of purchase;
  • show that you followed the plan for the first 30 days: for a playbook, the steps or checklists it asks you to complete and your before-and-after numbers (for example, channel analytics or the trading journal the playbook asks you to keep); for an app (Chart Reader, Automation Blueprint, Asendify Notes, Asendify AI, Trader OS), that you used it as described during those 30 days; for a program (Accelerator, Coaching), that you attended the sessions and handed in the assignments; for a service, that you supplied what the plan needed on time (footage, approvals, feedback, publishing as agreed);
  • answer any reasonable follow-up questions about the evidence.
  One claim per person and per payment method. The guarantee does not apply to orders that were already refunded or charged back, and opening a chargeback or payment dispute ends it. Approved claims are paid to the original payment method.
• When any refund or chargeback is made, access to what was bought ends: download links stop working, unused credits are removed and hosted websites are paused.
• Once a refund is requested, it will be processed within a maximum of 60 days.
• Retention Editing Accelerator seat deposit: to reserve a seat in a future round you can pay a £280 deposit. It is deducted from the seat price when you join and is non-refundable if you do not take up your seat once that round opens. Joining the free waitlist carries no charge.

• Asendify only conducts business through booked calls and our official channels — including all social media channels listed on this website (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and Discord) and our official email.
• We are not responsible for arrangements made with parties impersonating Asendify outside of these channels.

MorningstarrAI

• Consultation Call: £2,800 plus our 45% service fee (£1,260), a total of £4,060, charged after the call.
• If you miss a booked Consultation Call, cancel it or reschedule it, at any time, the same £4,060 is charged. Booked calls cannot be rescheduled free of charge.
• Clients in India set up a bank mandate (eNACH) through Razorpay when booking; nothing is charged at booking. The Consultation Call fee is debited from it after the call, in INR at that day's exchange rate, and any package is debited only after the client confirms the amount in writing.
• A 45% service fee applies on top of every fee MorningstarrAI charges, invoiced together with it.

Asendify Web

• Instant Website: £2,400 one-time plus our 45% service fee (£3,480), paid at checkout, which also covers the first month. Then £240/month plus our 45% service fee (£348/month), starting one month after purchase, billed monthly through PayPal. There is no platform fee and nothing else is added.
• What is included: a website built automatically from the answers in your setup form and live within minutes on a web.asendify.co link, hosting, SSL, unlimited edits through your private edit link, and connecting your own domain.
• Cancelling: cancel at any time from your private edit link or in PayPal. The site stays online until the end of the month already paid for and is then paused. If a monthly payment fails, the site is paused at the end of the paid month.
• The Double Money-Back Guarantee does not cover Asendify Web.

Asendify Outbound

• Plans: Base £40.60/month, Pro £110.60/month and Scale £250.60/month, each plus our 45% service fee (£58.87, £160.37 and £363.37/month), billed monthly through PayPal. No setup fee: sign-up goes straight to the 14-day free trial (the done-for-you starter package is no longer offered).
• Enterprise package: the price quoted on the call, plus a one-time platform fee of £10,000 plus our 45% service fee (£14,500), charged on top of the quoted price.
• Free trial: 14 days. A card or PayPal account is required at sign-up; nothing is charged for 14 days, then the chosen plan starts automatically unless it is cancelled in Settings before then.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time in Settings; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Asendify Realty (Pune)

• Renting a flat: brokerage is 3 months' rent, charged to both the landlord and the tenant (3 months' rent each), payable in full once the rental agreement is signed. Buying or selling a flat: 2% of the agreed sale value, charged to both the buyer and the seller (2% each), payable on registration of the sale deed. Brokerage is owed once we have facilitated the deal, whichever side made contact first.
• Our 45% service fee applies on top of every payment made to Asendify Realty: brokerage, token/booking amounts and any documentation charges we collect.
• Token amount: may be requested to hold a shortlisted property; it is separate from brokerage and non-refundable under any circumstances once paid.
• Security deposits are paid directly to the property owner; Asendify Realty does not hold, guarantee or decide deposit refunds.
• Rental agreement drafting, e-stamping and registration are charged at actual government/vendor cost. For resale, stamp duty, registration and legal/title-verification fees are payable by the buyer and are not part of our brokerage.
• Brokerage is non-refundable once the rental agreement or sale deed is signed. If a deal falls through before any agreement is signed, brokerage collected is refunded in full (the token amount is not).
• Listing prices, availability and terms can change and are confirmed only after direct verification with our team; photos may be representative. Disputes are subject to resolution in Pune, Maharashtra.

Asendify Playbooks (Digital Guides)

• What you buy: a digital PDF playbook licensed to you personally. Prices are shown on each product page (GBP by card or PayPal balance through PayPal, INR via Razorpay for buyers in India); the GBP total includes our 45% service fee and is shown before you pay. It is a one-time purchase: nothing renews and nothing is billed automatically.
• Earlier card payments: before 4 November 2026 some card payments were taken through Dodo Payments, which kept the card on file. We no longer use Dodo Payments and will never charge a card stored there. You can ask for it to be removed at any time by emailing ceo@asendify.co or by using the "cancel" link in Dodo's receipt email; this does not affect anything you already own.
• Delivery: instant and digital. A download button appears after payment and the link is emailed to you; it works for 30 days and up to 10 downloads. If you don't receive it within 1 hour, email ceo@asendify.co and we resend it within 24 hours.
• Licence: your copy carries your name and a unique licence ID. You may read it on your own devices and print one copy; you may not copy, share, upload, resell or give it away.
• Refunds: as the product is delivered immediately, you lose the right to cancel once the download starts, so there are no refunds after delivery except under the Double Money-Back Guarantee (if you follow the plan and see no results in your first month, email us your licence ID with the evidence described in the claim rules above and we refund double what you paid; the guarantee does not apply to Steady Mind, Secrets to Using Caffeine to Win, Lower Your Risk, Scientific Secrets to Getting Over a Breakup or Secrets to Building Software With AI, or to the Asendify Library, the Mind & Health Bundle or the Steady Mind team pack, which contain them) or where required by law. Duplicate or failed charges, or broken files, are fixed or refunded if reported within 14 days.
• Privacy: we collect your name, email and payment reference to deliver and license your copy. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by PayPal or Razorpay and never reach us. We don't sell your data; email us to have it deleted.
