What coaching is
Coaching is three months of personal guidance on growing your YouTube channel through better retention. You work directly with us, 1:1 or in a small group of up to a few creators, and we diagnose your channel, plan the changes, and review your videos as you make them.
It's the middle ground between learning on your own and hiring an agency: you keep control of your content and your editing, and we make sure every decision is backed by your retention data.

How the three months work
- Month 1: Diagnose and rebuild. A full retention diagnostic of your recent videos, then a new plan for hooks, structure and pacing.
- Month 2: Apply and review. You publish with the new system and we review each video, pointing out exactly where viewers leave and why.
- Month 3: Compound. Lock in a repeatable process, refine titles and thumbnails, and set targets for the next quarter.
